We have an excellent opportunity for a National Accounts -Project Coordinator, in our Troy, Ohio location. The regular hours will be 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday thru Friday.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Customer service experience
Basic computer skills (MS Windows, Excel, Office, Word, and PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

Provide customer service along with coordinating projects while assisting the sales team in inside sales and administrative support that assist the national accounts sales team in achieving and exceeding strategic sales goals with national retail chains, steel building companies, and general contractors.
Support expansion and control of national account activities as assigned by the national account sales team.
Research, track and communicate details of current projects or information to the national accounts sales team in assisting prospecting and account management.
Account Management: set up new accounts, submit credit applications, fill out pricing approvals, process quotes, schedule orders, communicate order status, and establish operating manuals per project.
Project Management: direct bid quoting to general contractors and end users, request competitive labor quote from CBPC dealers, review value add engineering and specification options with architect firms, general contractors and end users.
Review insurance and contractor license requirements for CBPC and the installing dealer, and how it relates to the contractor and sub-contractor duties.
Discuss job site requirements: unloading, handling, storing and required date of completion.
Contract administration: submit and communicate appropriate documents to legal, correspond with contractors and manage signed contracts.
Utilize Dodge to review drawings and specifications, process direct bids upon pricing approval from National Accounts Sales Manager, and research new accounts for national accounts team.
Quarterly audit with key accounts regarding CBPC delivery, quality, service and overall performance of CBPC installing dealers (on-time, quality, overall workmanship).
Research national account targets to identify account applications and sales opportunities for commercial and residential business.
