About The Position

We are looking for a Project Coordinator IV with strong technical product operations experience, advanced data analysis skills, and the ability to independently manage multiple workstreams. This role will support cross-functional product initiatives, use data to identify opportunities and risks, and leverage AI and automation tools to improve workflows and operational outcomes.

Requirements

8+ years of relevant experience in strategy, operations, consulting, program management, or technical product operations.
Advanced SQL proficiency, including CTEs, window functions, joins, aggregations, and data transformations.
Experience using AI agents or AI-assisted workflows to improve productivity and automate processes.
Advanced proficiency with Google Workspace, particularly Google Sheets, including complex formulas, pivot tables, documentation, and automated workflows.
Demonstrated ability to independently manage multiple concurrent workstreams.
Strong analytical, critical-thinking, problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently, take initiative, and adapt quickly to new tools, technologies, and changing requirements.

Nice To Haves

Experience with VS Code or similar development environments.
Experience with AI-assisted development, vibe coding, low-code/no-code solutions, or AI-generated code.
Experience building dashboards and data visualizations using Tableau, Looker, or similar tools.
Familiarity with data pipelines, ETL processes, and data infrastructure concepts.
Experience partnering with Engineering teams on technical specifications and requirements.
Background in quality assurance, triage operations, or AI/ML validation workflows.
Experience developing and implementing manual or automated testing strategies for products and features.
Experience working in large-scale technology or product-driven organizations.

Responsibilities

Support program execution across multiple products and platforms, including 0-to-1 initiatives and process improvements.
Write and optimize advanced SQL queries to collect, transform, and analyze product and operational data.
Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support real-time decision-making.
Leverage AI agents and AI-assisted tools to accelerate analysis, automate repetitive tasks, and prototype solutions.
Identify program risks and develop data-backed mitigation strategies.
Manage multiple workstreams while coordinating closely with Product, Engineering, Legal, and other cross-functional stakeholders.
Use data and critical thinking to identify root causes, anticipate roadblocks, and drive solutions.
Communicate findings, recommendations, and project updates clearly to stakeholders.
