In this Project Coordinator III position, you will support the Brooklyn Center South location by assisting in planning, executing, and redlining Process Operating Descriptions (PODs), tracking deliverables, managing documentation, and supporting communication between stakeholders. The role helps ensure POD updates remain within scope and align with organizational process update timelines. Requirements

  • High school Degree
  • Requires minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
  • Hands-on experience with project and portfolio management tools (e.g., Planisware, MAP Agile) and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams)
  • Strong documentation, reporting, and meeting facilitation skills, with the ability to deliver concise, executive-ready summaries
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with comfort operating across functions and organizational levels
  • Requires broad practical knowledge of operational systems and practices typically gained through extensive experience and/or education.
  • For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree that satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required.
  • U.S. work authorization

Nice To Haves

  • Experience creating and documenting Continuous Improvement Forms (CIFs) to support process improvements and operational updates
  • Experience in manufacturing or operations environments
  • Familiarity with process documentation like SOPs or Process Operating Descriptions (PODs)

Responsibilities

  • Manage assigned PODs projects end-to-end by coordinating schedules, deliverables, dependencies, and stakeholder communications, while proactively escalating risks and issues.
  • Own PODs update project operations across multiple focus Factory (Key driven on PODs update and information accuracy).
  • Prepare and deliver clear weekly and monthly leadership reports summarizing progress, milestones, risks, issues, and upcoming PODs updates.
  • Identify potential risks or delays and escalate when needed.
  • Redline documentations and assist PODs update in Map Agile.
  • Work closely with Process owner and engineering team.
  • Support engineers on Process Continuous Improvement Forms(CIF) write-up.
