About The Position

A Project Coordinator III supports and coordinates advanced Factory Works MES and SAP configuration activities for new and existing products, ensuring alignment with project timelines, operational needs, and regulatory requirements. This role requires familiarity with workflows, process flows, equipment integration, user interfaces, rework paths, and equipment controllers, as well as an understanding of MES master data, recipes, and production parameter updates. The position works cross-functionally with engineering, IT, quality, and production teams to translate requirements into MES configurations and SAP costing, while also supporting NPI through configuration, validation, troubleshooting, system upgrades, Line Verification, and continuous improvement efforts. In addition, the role includes documenting changes, developing user guides, training end users, and monitoring system performance to improve efficiency and reliability. Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned. Provides project or program support to a functional group or business process. Monitors program/project/system status, budgets and timetables. Applies knowledge of and experience in company operations to assist in the development, implementation and administration of program/system guidelines and procedures. Gathers and compiles information for reports. Provides technical support, which may include program/system training, program/system documentation, data extraction, data review, tracking and coding.

Requirements

  • Requires broad practical knowledge of operational systems and practices typically gained through extensive experience and/or education.
  • Requires minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of Factory Works MES and SAP configuration changes for new and existing products.

  • Familiarity with policies, standards, and regulatory requirements for MES and manufacturing systems.
  • Ability to monitor system performance and identify efficiency and reliability improvements.
