About The Position

The Project Coordinator III supports operational and facilities initiatives by coordinating maintenance activities, managing work order systems (CAMS), and ensuring timely execution of facility-related projects. This role partners with Site Management, Engineering, EHS, and external vendors to plan, track, and complete maintenance work while maintaining compliance with company standards and operational requirements. The position requires strong organizational skills, experience with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS), and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a regulated environment.

Requirements

  • Requires broad practical knowledge of operational systems and practices
  • Requires minimum of 4 years of relevant experience
  • Work order management and CMMS administration
  • Experience with CMMS platforms (e.g., Maximo, SAP PM, ServiceNow, or similar)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Project or equivalent planning tools)

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with CAMS CMMS software, LENEL S2, Avigilon
  • Experience supporting facility infrastructure in manufacturing, or lab environments
  • Familiarity with EHS compliance and contractor safety programs
  • Understanding of facility systems such as HVAC and building infrastructure
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple concurrent work streams

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities across facility infrastructure, utilities, and equipment.
  • Serve as a liaison between Facilities, Engineering, Operations, and external service providers to ensure maintenance work is scheduled and executed efficiently.
  • Track maintenance schedules and ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and internal quality standards.
  • Support planning and execution of facility improvement projects, renovations, and infrastructure upgrades.
  • Manage and maintain work orders within the CMMS or work order tracking system.
  • Review, prioritize, assign, and monitor maintenance work orders to ensure timely completion.
  • Ensure work orders include proper documentation, scope, and closure verification.
  • Analyze work order trends to identify recurring issues and recommend process or maintenance improvements.
  • Support cross‑functional facilities and infrastructure projects from initiation through completion.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, task tracking, and status reporting.
  • Coordinate contractor activities, including scheduling, access, and compliance with safety requirements.
  • Assist with procurement coordination for maintenance materials, parts, and services.
  • Generate reports on maintenance performance metrics such as backlog, response time, and preventive maintenance completion.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, asset history, and contractor work.
  • Prepare status updates and presentations for leadership and facilities management.
  • Ensure maintenance activities align with EHS policies, regulatory requirements, and site procedures.
  • Support documentation and audit readiness related to facilities maintenance and infrastructure systems.
  • Promote safe work practices for internal teams and contractors.
