About The Position
At Quechan Casino Resort and Paradise Casino, we pride ourselves on providing a first-class entertainment and gaming experience for our guests. Behind the lights, excitement, and energy is a dedicated team of professionals who keep the property running smoothly and safely. We are currently seeking a Facilities Technician III to join our Facilities team and help maintain the exceptional standards our guests expect. This position is responsible for maintaining equipment and physical structures, troubleshooting electrical problems and makes the necessary repairs to audio/video, lighting system, HVAC system, wastewater treatment and other electrical equipment. This role requires advanced mechanical, electrical, and plumbing skills, as well as the ability to lead by example and support junior technicians.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Prior work experience in the field of building maintenance and a specialty area i.e. electrical, HVAC, required
- Must be 21 years of age
- Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug/alcohol screen, random drug and controlled substance abuse tests, background investigation, obtain and maintain gaming license in Arizona and California
Nice To Haves
- Advanced mechanical, electrical, and plumbing skills
- Ability to lead by example and support junior technicians
- Tribal preference will be given to qualified applicants
