This role provides coordination, guidance, and direction to functional project leads to ensure successful and efficient construction of vessels, with a focus on milestone achievements and cost/schedule performance. The Project Coordinator III will engage in proactive deck plate management to identify and resolve issues affecting performance, maintain a daily presence to monitor safety, housekeeping, and work progress, and conduct craft meetings. Responsibilities include managing 4E packages and DD250 items, coordinating with schedulers for the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), ensuring work aligns with schedule sequences, validating status reporting, and ensuring compliance with contract requirements, quality procedures, and regulatory guidelines. The role also involves monitoring resource requirements, validating rework and lessons learned processes, preparing SOWs, and acting as a Compliance Champion.
