About The Position

This position is a combination of project/task coordination and hands-on work. The role is responsible for ensuring an important refresh project goes smoothly, including coordinating dates, regions, and users for refresh pools. The role will present updates to IT Leadership and maintain a risk log. The role will be pulling assets (computer devices) and assigning them to build technicians. The role will serve as an escalation point.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience coordinating technical projects is a must.
• Experience using ServiceNow for catalog requests and workflow processes.
• Demonstrable understanding of Build Room processes, flows, and build technician duties is a must.
• Ability to communicate with technicians.
• Skills to converse easily and understandably with IT leaders.
• Must be able to provide easy-to-read data points and project updates in PowerPoint and Excel for IT leaders.

Nice To Haves

• PMP certification is not required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating dates, regions, and users for refresh pools.
• Presenting updates to IT Leadership.
• Maintaining a risk log.
• Pulling assets (computer devices) and assigning them to build technicians.
• Serving as an escalation point.
• Tracking Refresh Tickets and responses from users.
• Tracking progress of all refreshes.
• Triggering sets of refreshes based on a variety of factors (OS, device health, region, warranty lease, RAM) errors.
