At our Grand Rapids site, we support critical manufacturing operations through strong maintenance planning, data driven prioritization, and a commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement. The Project Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring equipment reliability, preventative maintenance execution, and efficient coordination between technicians, engineers, vendors, and support teams. We work a minimum of five days per week onsite as part of our commitment to fostering a culture of professional growth and cross-functional collaboration as we work together to engineer the extraordinary. As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and optimizing maintenance activities to support safe, compliant, and efficient manufacturing operations. This role partners closely with Maintenance Technicians, Engineering, Facilities, Metrology, Supply Chain, and external vendors to ensure work is properly scoped, planned, kitted, scheduled, and executed.
