If you have three or more years of experience in all technical phases of architecture, we are looking for you to join our award-winning Special Services Group team in Los Angeles! As a Level 2 Project Coordinator, your responsibilities on a daily basis will include, but are not limited to: Participating in conceptual design and provides full support throughout the entire project. Coordinating with project team leaders for appropriate technical solutions and product strategies. Adept at BIM and other software used in the production of construction documentation. Working directly with the project architect/senior project coordinator and project team.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s and/or master’s degree in architecture or equivalent is required; must be architecturally trained.
• Must have three or more years of experience or equivalent in all technical phases of architecture.
• Exhibits basic understanding of California building, local city, and zoning codes.
• Must have a “can-do” attitude, be a team player, and exhibit excellent communication skills with clients and staff.
• Must be a fast learner, highly motivated and able to meet tight deadlines.
• Must exhibit strong Revit modeling skills.

Nice To Haves

• Additional industry certifications preferred (i.e., LEED, DBIA, CDT, etc.).

Responsibilities
