About The Position

Adventist Health Roseville is looking for a Project Coordinator, Grants for a Full-time 8-hour Day shift. This role may be based in Roseville, CA or Glendale, CA. The position involves developing and managing grants programs, carrying out project scope and objectives as defined in the project grant, and maintaining and monitoring project plans, schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures. Strong organization skills are required to complete work in a timely and accurate manner. This position is contractual and grant-funded.

Requirements

  • Associate’s Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience: Required
  • Good organization skills to complete work in a timely, accurate manner.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's Degree: Preferred
  • Five years' project coordination and related experience: Preferred

Responsibilities

  • Ensures project deadlines are met.
  • Determines project changes.
  • Collaborates with project manager to develop project strategies.
  • Organizes, attends, and participates in stakeholder meetings.
  • Documents and follows up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
  • Prepares necessary presentation materials for meetings.
  • Provides administrative support as needed.
  • Undertakes project tasks as required, including training and support for any systems used.
  • Creates a project management calendar for fulfilling each goal and deliverable.
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
