We're looking for a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support a team of Electrical Project Managers on active construction projects. If you're organized, proactive, and enjoy keeping complex projects running smoothly behind the scenes, this role is for you. You’ll be a trusted support partner to our Project Managers—helping projects run efficiently, reducing administrative friction, and contributing directly to successful project delivery.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative or project support role
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in construction or electrical contracting
  • Familiarity with submittals, RFIs, and drawings
  • Exposure to project billing or job cost tracking

Responsibilities

  • Support project documentation such as submittals, RFIs, and closeout packages
  • Keep electronic project files organized and up to date
  • Assist with change orders, billing, and purchase order tracking
  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and job start documentation
  • Track material deliveries and key project milestones
  • Prepare routine project correspondence and meeting notes
