About The Position

The Project Coordinator / CSR is the central point of contact who keeps our clients sign projects moving. You'll guide each job from the initial request through design, production, and installation — preparing estimates, coordinating with our internal teams, and following up to make sure everything lands on time and as promised. This is a fast-paced, detail-oriented role for someone who enjoys problem-solving, organization, and building long-term relationships both inside and outside the workplace.

Requirements

  • Proficiency with Windows-based programs (Office 365)
  • Strong math skills and comfortable working with dimensions and measurements
  • Excellent phone communication skills
  • Strong face-to-face communication
  • Accurate typing and spelling skills
  • Ability to break down complex ideas into simple, clear steps and communicate them well
  • Site survey skills including photos, accurate measurements, and color identification
  • Solution-oriented mindset; acts as a trusted advisor to clients and teammates
  • Organized, punctual, engaged, and reliable
  • Friendly, collaborative, and professional demeanor
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant signage or graphics experience
  • At least two solid professional references
  • Valid driver's license

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in the large-format printing or sign industry, project coordination, or business-to-business client service is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Check and respond to general email and voicemail
  • Complete outstanding estimates from the previous day
  • Prepare same-day estimates and process new orders
  • Follow up on outstanding quotes and active projects
  • Check in vehicle drop-offs as needed
  • Close out orders in POS and ship completed orders as needed
  • Conduct post-project follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Meet with customers for site surveys as needed
  • Maintain and develop relationships with new and existing clients
  • Attend and actively participate in team meetings
  • Communicate job priorities with the design team
  • Help refine and improve coordination processes as we grow
