As a Project Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring our projects run smoothly, on time, and on budget. You will be the bridge between stakeholders, contractors, consultants and internal teams, keeping communication clear and ensuring all details are accounted for.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Project Coordinator or Project Manager in construction.
Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, scheduling, and documentation.

Nice To Haves

Experience with six story wood frame multifamily projects is preferred.
Experience working with architectural firms, builders, or developers (large or small) is a strong asset.
University degree in engineering or architecture is preferred.

Responsibilities

Assist Project Managers in coordinating residential construction projects from inception to completion.
Manage project documentation, contracts, and schedules.
Issue, track and communicate construction management documentation including but not limited to RFI’s, SI’s and drawings.
Communicate effectively with architects, engineers, suppliers, and contractors.
Identify and resolve project issues through critical thinking and collaboration.
Monitor project progress and report updates to senior management.
Ensure quality control and compliance with building codes and regulations.
Maintain organization and preparedness to adapt to changing project needs.
