The Project Coordinator/Construction Manager is responsible for assisting management of all construction associated with Darling and its subsidiaries. This role involves assisting in the selection and procurement of plant equipment and supplies, overseeing sub-contractors and Darling employees involved in construction, assisting with equipment start-up, maintaining tools and equipment, communicating with plant management, tracking job costs, and ensuring the safe operation of all equipment and tools. The position also requires hands-on fabrication, cutting, welding, installation, and equipment layout.
