About The Position

Assists Concierge Manager with operations of the Concierge Services function while providing an exceptionally high level of customer service to hospital staff, physicians, volunteers and vendors. Works closely with Concierge Manager to prepare comprehensive action plans, including resources, timeframes and budgets for projects. Assists in developing and implementing concierge services, EAC committee, employee engagement initiatives and coordinates employee events. Ensures all Concierge projects are completed on time, within budget and meet high quality standards. This position may require flexibility of hours.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in the retail management, concierge services or hotel industry required.
  • Proficient with MS Word, Excel, Publisher, Outlook and internet search engines.
  • Exemplary time management skills.
  • Strong communication and organization skills essential.
  • Only authorized staff with a valid driver's license is permitted to drive hospital golf cart.
  • Clearance is required.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in using retail point of sales and/or concierge administration systems strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Ability to incorporate change and adapt to new duties.
