CGI Federal is seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator / Business Analyst to support enterprise ServiceNow initiatives with a focus on training delivery, stakeholder communication, and project planning. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys cross-functional collaboration, and has a passion for driving user adoption and operational readiness. Candidate must be willing to work on-site in Woodlawn, MD 3-5 days a week

Requirements

  • Candidates must have ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, communications, information systems, or a related field.
  • 6 years of experience in project coordination, training support, or communications within an IT or enterprise systems environment.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar enterprise platforms.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Experience using project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, JIRA, or ServiceNow PPM).

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting ServiceNow implementations or enhancements.
  • Knowledge of ITIL or Agile methodologies.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or related certification.
  • Experience in federal or public sector environments.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and support the development and delivery of training programs for ServiceNow users, including scheduling sessions, tracking attendance, and managing feedback.
  • Assist in the creation and execution of communication plans to support change management and stakeholder engagement.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation such as timelines, status reports, risk logs, and meeting notes.
  • Collaborate with technical teams, business stakeholders, and change management leads to align training and communication efforts with project goals.
  • Track progress against project milestones and escalate risks or delays as needed.
  • Support the creation of user-friendly materials such as quick reference guides, FAQs, and onboarding content.
  • Facilitate meetings, workshops, and training sessions as needed.
