About The Position

Supports long-range planning of nuclear projects. Develops preliminary and refined estimates to support budgeting and funding authorization. Shapes loosely defined project ideas into structured estimates for governance approval. Collaborates with initiators and asset owners, references historical data, and develops estimates. Heavy interfacing with internal stakeholders.

Requirements

Project management and estimating experience (preferably in nuclear)
Familiarity with Oracle Unifier
Understanding of project finance and controls
Experience with work order planning and operations
Construction estimating background acceptable
8–10 years of experience in project estimating, preferably in nuclear or utility environments.
US Citizens required

Nice To Haves

Energy Domain
Experience with Power Automate, PowerApps, or Power BI.
