About The Position

The Project Controls Scheduler will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and analyzing integrated project schedules using Primavera P6. This role supports all phases of construction, from initial planning through commissioning and closeout. The scheduler will monitor schedule performance, progress updates, and critical path activities, identifying potential risks, delays, and opportunities for recovery. This position also supports broader project controls functions, including cost tracking, forecasting, and variance analysis, in collaboration with project management and operations teams. Key responsibilities include preparing and delivering schedule updates, reports, and performance metrics to provide clear, actionable insights. The role requires collaboration with project managers, field teams, and trade partners to validate construction sequencing, manpower loading, and schedule logic, particularly for MEP systems. Additionally, the scheduler will support change management processes, including time impact analysis (TIA), schedule adjustments, and documentation of delays or scope changes.
