About The Position

The Project Controls Analyst (Scheduler) will support major capital pipeline and facilities construction projects. The role calls for an independent, detail-oriented scheduler with strong Primavera P6 skills who can clearly communicate schedule risks to project teams. This is an on-site contract opportunity in Tulsa, Oklahoma, with standard business hours. Requirements

• Around 5 years of project scheduling or project controls experience.
• Advanced Primavera P6 skills, including template and WBS use.
• Strong understanding of WBS and project estimates.
• Knowledge of pipeline and facilities construction phases, including permitting, land, survey, and construction.

Responsibilities

• Lead baseline schedule creation and approval with the project team.
• Develop, maintain, and manage schedules for major and tactical capital projects.
• Update schedules monthly, revise forecasts, and evaluate the impact of delays.
• Determine critical paths to meet project completion dates and develop workarounds with the team.
• Review contractor schedule submittals, including baselines and progress updates, for compliance.
• Communicate schedule status and key risk areas to project management.
