Project Controls Representative
About The Position
The Project Controls Specialist is responsible for providing centralized support for estimating, scheduling, and cost control. Responsibilities include managing cost reporting and forecasting to ensure accuracy, transparency, and accountability; developing and maintaining the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS); and maintaining phased forecasts based on Value of Work Done (VOWD) to analyze variances against actuals and the control budget. The role utilizes cost and scheduling systems to track budgets, actuals, and forecasts. The position oversees contractor cost and schedule data, ensuring alignment with scope, auditing deliverables, and validating compliance with project controls requirements.
