WSP is seeking a Project Controls Manager to join their growing Project Controls team. This individual can be based out of any office across the US. The role involves taking ownership of the Project Controls function across the program, ensuring effective integration of cost, schedule, risk, and reporting disciplines to support program objectives. The Project Controls Manager will lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of program-wide project controls processes, procedures, governance frameworks, and systems in collaboration with the client and Program Manager. They will serve as the primary point of contact for all project controls matters, aligning closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure consistency and transparency in reporting and controls. The role also includes developing and overseeing enterprise-level dashboards (e.g., Power BI) to monitor program cost, schedule, and performance health, and providing real-time insights into key performance indicators (KPIs), risk exposure, trends, and variances. Establishing and enforcing robust cost control procedures, integrating cost and schedule management, and providing clear, timely, and actionable reports are key aspects of this position. The Project Controls Manager will also chair meetings focused on risk, change control, performance, and strategic planning, oversee financial reporting, monitor funding, manage change control processes, and oversee the preparation and validation of program estimates, budgets, forecasts, cost trends, and estimates to complete (ETC).
