About The Position

Renewal by Andersen is seeking a high-performing sales professional to join their team as a Project Consultant. This role involves representing the leading name in premium replacement windows and doors, engaging with homeowners who value quality, design, and performance. The ideal candidate will excel at creating a personalized, white-glove customer experience and possess strong closing skills. This position offers provided leads, eliminating the need for cold calling or door-to-door sales. The company provides industry-leading product samples, support, and technology to assist consultants in closing sales, with a strong emphasis on commitment to the customer service experience from start to end. The next training class is scheduled for June 2026.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of sales success in luxury goods, premium services, or high-value transactions.
  • Strong closing skills with a consultative, relationship-based approach.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • A strong focus on exceeding customer expectations.
  • Self-motivation and results orientation.
  • College degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in luxury retail, premium automotive, jewelry, or other high-end products.

Responsibilities

  • Meet with homeowners (appointments provided – no cold calling).
  • Deliver engaging, consultative in-home presentations.
  • Close sales using a proven one-call close approach.
  • Use the tools, training and sales methodology and create a connection with the customers to offer our replacement services.
  • Commitment to customer service experience from start to end.
