Requirements

  • 1–2 years of sales or customer-facing experience (roofing experience is a plus)
  • Curiosity, empathy, and professionalism in every interaction
  • Ability to learn technical details and explain them clearly
  • Comfortable working outdoors and managing a fast-paced schedule
  • Self-motivation and a strong drive to succeed
  • Pride in helping homeowners protect what matters most

Nice To Haves

  • roofing experience is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Generate leads through canvassing, referrals, and community engagement
  • Work company-provided leads to maximize closing opportunities
  • Conduct detailed roof inspections and provide honest, transparent recommendations
  • Prepare clear proposals and confidently explain financing or insurance options
  • Close deals with integrity and professionalism
  • Coordinate with operations to schedule, track, and complete projects
  • Maintain accurate documentation and proactive customer communication
  • Deliver a seamless customer experience from first contact to final inspection
