About The Position
The Air-Conditioning, Heating, and Refrigeration Institute (AHRI) is seeking a Part-Time Project Associate to support its data analytics team. This role is crucial for coordinating administrative, operational, and project-related activities to ensure the efficient delivery of data products and services. The Project Associate will manage workflows such as user onboarding, documentation, ticket management, and cross-team coordination. This position is key to maintaining organized processes, supporting system access and compliance, and enhancing the overall efficiency of analytics operations. The role involves close collaboration with technical and business stakeholders to provide timely and accurate support.
Requirements
- Associate’s degree in Information Technology or Data Analytics or a related field.
- One to two years of project management experience may be accepted in lieu of education.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate administrative aspects of analytics projects, including managing user profiles, scheduling, tracking deliverables, maintaining project documentation, and supporting communication across teams.
- Manage and triage incoming requests (Freshdesk tickets), including user onboarding, access provisioning, and issue tracking for analytics services.
- Maintain and update documentation, user guides, SOPs, and training materials to support internal users and external stakeholders.
- Support data access governance processes, including monitoring user engagement and settings, including permissions.
