About The Position

We are looking for a talented Project Assistant to join our STAMFORD | AvK team based out of our facilities in Shoreview and Fridley, MN. In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways: Develop foundational project management capabilities by supporting clearly defined project tasks under the guidance of a general or functional manager. Provide administrative and logistical support that enables effective project team coordination and execution. Serve as a support resource across projects, building basic business knowledge and understanding effective project management practices. Assist in identifying, tracking, and collaborating to resolve project issues while strengthening the ability to manage these activities independently. Help monitor and communicate project statuses to the team, contributing to timely updates and improved project visibility. Support budget tracking, research activities, data analysis, and the development of project plans, timelines, and related documentation. Contribute to risk management efforts by learning to use quality tools to identify potential issues and support mitigation planning. Maintain accurate project notes, databases, and records while regularly communicating assignment and project status to the project manager.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.
  • Requires significant relevant work experience or specialized skills obtained through training or on-the-job experience.
