We’re seeking an experienced Project and Governance Lead – PMO to play a key role in strengthening governance frameworks, improving project reporting, and enabling consistent project management practices across a newly unified national organisation. This is a unique opportunity to influence how projects are governed and delivered at scale while supporting initiatives that genuinely improve people’s lives. Reporting to the Head of PMO, you will play a central role in supporting the governance, systems, and reporting capability of BaptistCare’s Project Management Office. This is a hands-on strategic role where you will: • Ensure adherence to the organisation’s PMO governance framework • Provide expert governance guidance to project managers and senior leaders • Strengthen project reporting, dashboards, and data quality across portfolios • Lead the administration and optimisation of PMO systems (e.g. Smartsheet and reporting tools) • Improve project visibility and decision-making through high-quality insights • Support transformation initiatives through effective governance and reporting • Drive continuous improvement in PMO methodologies, templates, and processes • Build capability across project teams through advice, training, and support You’re a governance-focused project professional who enjoys improving systems, strengthening oversight, and enabling teams to deliver projects successfully.
