About The Position

Fuse Integration is seeking an exceptional early-career professional to join their Project Management Office (PMO). This role is designed for individuals who are driven, possess strong ownership, intelligence, judgment, and follow-through, rather than those with extensive specialized education or experience. The successful candidate will work on schedules, data, reporting, tools, and processes to ensure complex technical projects move forward efficiently. This position offers a learning opportunity in areas such as Microsoft Project, Excel, analytics, AI-enabled workflows, project controls, business operations, contracts, finance, and program execution. It serves as a launchpad for careers in project management, business leadership, finance, contracts, operations, or program management.

Requirements

  • US-only Citizen (no dual citizenships) capable of obtaining a security clearance.
  • Demonstrated accomplishment of two or more long-term goals through dedicated daily work ethic (in lieu of formal college education).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn new tools, concepts, or domains quickly.
  • Strong organizational habits and personal accountability.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks without losing track of details.
  • Willingness to work in a technical environment and proactively close knowledge gaps.
  • A college degree in an applicable field satisfies many of the above requirements.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in an applicable field.
  • Experience using AI or other modern tools to improve productivity, learning, analysis, or communication.
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Confluence, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
  • Experience supporting teams, leaders, programs, customers, or complex work.
  • Experience building spreadsheets, dashboards, reports, automations, templates, or analytical tools.

Responsibilities

  • Support project schedules to help teams understand priorities, dependencies, milestones, risks, and progress.
  • Utilize AI and modern tools to accelerate learning, enhance work products, automate repetitive tasks, and improve PMO operations.
  • Develop spreadsheets, dashboards, and analytical tools that aggregate data from multiple sources and present it visually for project and business insights.
  • Create innovative tools, templates, reports, workflows, and processes for project management, project controls, and business analytics.
  • Communicate with individuals across all organizational levels to ensure project data is entered accurately, completely, and usefully.
  • Identify and proactively address gaps, inconsistencies, risks, or opportunities within project information.
  • Translate complex technical and business activities into clear, structured information for actionable decision-making by leaders and teams.
  • Learn the fundamentals of project execution, including schedules, baselines, milestones, dependencies, risks, financial data, contracts, deliverables, and customer commitments.
