THE TEAM Our team’s mission is to enable LNE IT and business strategy through disciplined portfolio management, and effective program delivery. The IT Business Office ensures transparency, financial accountability, and operational consistency while empowering teams with the processes, tools, and capabilities needed to deliver strategic technology outcomes at scale. WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO Support the rollout and adoption of OpenAI tools across teams as part of a strategic AI initiative. Partner with the Senior Director of Strategic Programs to help coordinate program activities, track progress, and maintain project documentation. Assist in collecting and organizing AI use case ideas from business and technology teams. Help maintain a structured tracker or backlog of use cases and support prioritization efforts. Contribute to updating the program roadmap and tracking milestones across initiatives. Prepare simple status updates, reports, and presentations to provide visibility into progress and adoption. Support the development of basic guidance materials or documentation to help teams understand and use AI tools effectively. Help organize AI demos, events, workshops, or pilot programs for teams exploring AI use cases. Monitor new features, updates, and capabilities released in related AI tools, and summarize their potential impact for internal teams. WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING A rising junior or senior undergraduate student pursuing a degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Interest in AI, emerging technologies, and how organizations adopt new tools and capabilities. Ability to work collaboratively with different teams and communicate clearly.
