Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to document control service across a range of activities
  • Maintain accurate records, documentation, document collation, and filing systems
  • Assist with document control processes, ensuring compliance with project standards and processes
  • Prepare agendas, and take minutes where required
  • Track project actions and support reporting activities
  • Support document management, and general administrative tasks
