About The Position

SCC Inspection is a growing inspection group on the cutting edge of technology. As a division of Sletten Construction, SCC offers benefits unmatched in the industry. The Project Administrator is responsible for supporting operations on current and upcoming SCC QA/QC projects.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of general office administrative experience
  • Experience in spreadsheets and other forms of reporting required.
  • Experience or knowledge of standard contract terms and conditions

Nice To Haves

  • 3-5 years of experience and knowledge of construction accounting practices preferred.
  • Experience in Adobe Suite preferred

Responsibilities

  • Effectively collaborate with Operations and Project teams regarding reports, files, data, change orders, contract modifications and approvals.
  • Communicate and collaborate with internal and external project personnel during all phases of the project.
  • Ensure delivery of all required reports and documentation.
  • Maintain job files and all data backup information.
  • Compile and assist in administration of all billable items.
  • File and maintain all relevant documents and supporting information.
  • Ensure consistent reporting data and layouts.
  • Ensure project staff has the latest versions of necessary documents, codes, and requirements.
  • Review and track construction data, as well as any work orders and purchase orders for specific projects.
  • Assist in the development and enhancement of project reporting as required.
  • Assist with special projects as requested.
  • Support employees and subcontractors with overall processes to ensure consistency.
  • General office administration duties as assigned
