About The Position

S&L Industrial is looking for a detail-oriented Project Administrator to support our Operations and Project Management teams. In this role, you'll help keep projects organized by maintaining production reporting, project documentation, and communication between the field and office. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Valid driver's license.

Nice To Haves

  • Associate degree in Construction Management, Business, or related field preferred.
  • 1–3 years of construction administration, project support, or field operations experience preferred.
  • Experience with B2W Track or similar construction software preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Review and enter daily field production reports into B2W Track.
  • Verify labor, equipment, and production quantities are accurate.
  • Follow up with field personnel on missing or incomplete reports.
  • Generate production reports and maintain project documentation.
  • Assist with project setup, closeout, and operational reporting.
  • Support Project Managers and the Director of Operations with project coordination and administrative tasks.
  • Coordinate communication between field personnel and office staff.
