About The Position

Provides administrative and coordination support for the Pitt Business HBCU Pathway Program.

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years administrative/project coordination experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and Zoom
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information
  • Ability to work independently

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Education, or related field
  • Higher education experience
  • Familiarity with HBCUs and DEI initiatives
  • Budget tracking experience

Responsibilities

  • Scheduling and coordinating HBCU site visits and meetings
  • Recording and distributing meeting minutes
  • Organizing program materials in Microsoft Teams
  • Scheduling stakeholder meetings
  • Assisting with PowerPoint presentations
  • Maintaining budget tracking documentation
