About The Position

Feyen Zylstra is seeking an entry-level, on-site Project Administrator to support multiple electrical projects in Charleston. This role is responsible for providing on-site administrative support to a variety of internal and external customers for large, electrical projects. This role will play a large part in executing a successful project due to being highly responsive, reliable, and accurate. The company is a team of hardworking doers and thinkers proud to use our brains and brawn to solve the complex problems associated with the design, installation, and maintenance of electrical and low voltage systems. They work in industries like healthcare, industrial manufacturing, commercial, and data centers where customers benefit most from their technical expertise and the experience they provide. FZ is headquartered in Grand Rapids, Michigan and is focused on serving customers throughout Michigan, Tennessee, and the Carolinas.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of professional office experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, SharePoint, etc.).
  • Excellent time management and organization skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Flexibility and tenacity to meet the demands of each day.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Team player mentality and willingness to go above and beyond to help the team as needed.
  • Open to change based on diverse input and feedback.
  • Candidates are required to pass a pre-employment drug screen.

Nice To Haves

  • Construction or electrical administrative experience.
  • Bluebeam Rev proficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Providing on-site administrative support to a variety of internal and external customers for large, electrical projects.

  • Ensuring accuracy in reports, meeting minutes, and data entry.
