This position is located in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. The Programs Manager II is responsible for the direction and supervision of Background Investigators I, II, and III's in their assigned duties. This role manages staff to maintain accurate and timely determinations of criminal history records, through the use of critical thinking skills and an understanding of policy and law. The position fosters a positive working environment and maintains excellent customer service. The Manager works closely with Child Care Services staff to maintain a system of quality improvement. This role is responsible for supervision of staff completion of state-wide background checks for Child Care and for overseeing the creation of policy, training, and improvement of processes.
