The Programming Strategist specifically executes, publishes, and optimizes "made for kids" YouTube channels for Disney Entertainment Television. This hands-on role involves managing content production, packaging, and channel operations, using data-driven insights and platform best practices to drive channel growth. The strategist collaborates with Programming, Marketing, and Research teams to ensure effective content distribution and alignment with platform strategy. Proficiency in YouTube Studio/Analytics, Adobe Premiere, and Photoshop is required.
