About The Position

The Programme Manager’s aim will be to deliver first in class digital campaigns. They will also contribute to continually improving our delivery service - ensuring our programmes are profitable, our processes and procedures are efficient, and our clients have an outstanding experience working with us.

Requirements

• Educated to degree level (life sciences or project management desirable)
• Minimum of 2 years working in a project focused role
• Strong communication skills – oral and written
• People person – can work with different teams
• Proactive and passionate about delivering great customer service for both external and internal clients, with a desire to exceed expectations
• Strong ability to prioritise workload
• An enthusiastic team player with the desire to exceed objectives

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex global and UK digital campaigns, ensuring alignment with client objectives and timelines.
• Serve as the main contact for clients, managing expectations, addressing concerns, and ensuring satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop and implement project strategies that align with client goals and industry standards, driving innovation and best practices within the agency.
• Oversee project budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation and financial accountability.
• Implement rigorous quality control processes to ensure all deliverables meet regulatory requirements and company standards.
• Work closely with internal teams, including Operations and Client Partnership, to deliver integrated solutions that meet client needs.
