About The Position

We're recruiting for a Programme Delivery Officer to join our Programme Operations team and play a key role in supporting the delivery and evolution of Mary's Meals school feeding programme operations around the world. Working closely with Programme Affiliates, Programme Partners and colleagues across Mary's Meals International, you'll help ensure that the systems, processes and information that underpin programme delivery are effective, consistent and fit for purpose. You'll support the implementation of operational tools and improvements, provide practical guidance to programme teams, and use data and insights to strengthen programme performance. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys improving processes, working with data and collaborating with colleagues across different countries and cultures.

Requirements

• Experience in project, operational or programme delivery within a complex organisation.
• Strong analytical skills, turning data into meaningful insights.
• Strong Excel skills and confidence using digital systems.

Responsibilities

• Implement and improve programme delivery systems, tools and processes.
• Guide Programme Affiliates and Partners on delivery standards and requirements.
• Analyse data to identify trends, monitor compliance and inform decisions.
• Help develop, test and roll out digital solutions that improve delivery.
• Strengthen stock management, reporting and operational controls.
• Support monitoring, analysis and performance reporting.
• Coordinate responses to operational support requests worldwide.
• Contribute to change projects that strengthen operations and support growth.
