About The Position

Sherpa Kids is a global organization dedicated to providing quality care for primary school children in their local communities. In Ireland, we offer Before School, After School, and Holiday Clubs programmes tailored to meet the needs of national-aged children. Operating on-site at schools, our customized services feature fun, structured, and engaging daily activities. Our purpose is rooted in supporting and making a positive impact on Ireland's families. Requirements

• Experience in managing and leading a team
• Own car required
• Lots of energy and enthusiasm to work with children.
• Proficiency in technology and software (Word, Outlook, Teams, etc.).
• Experience working with School Aged children (Minimum 1 Year)
• Childcare qualification Fetac Level 5 of equivalent
• Basic knowledge of child development
• Proficiency in English, both verbal and written
• Garda vetting is essential (completed by us after interview stage).
• Work Permit/ VISA essential
• At least 2 written references checks are required before starting

Nice To Haves

• Experience working with school aged children is preferred (Minimum 2 year)

Responsibilities

• Maintain the day-to-day activities
• Interacting with the children, their families and other staff members each day.
