About The Position

The Programmatic Campaign Manager is a skilled and diligent individual contributor responsible for the execution, optimization, and reporting of programmatic media investments within an in-house programmatic media team. Reporting to the Group Manager, Lead Programmatic Media Strategist, you will focus on day-to-day campaign management, safeguarding our client’s brand while contributing to business outcomes and supporting the Senior Programmatic Campaign Manager in ensuring operational excellence.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of progressive hands-on experience in programmatic media execution and optimization (client-side, publisher-side, or agency-side).
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Strong hands-on experience running campaigns in DV360 is required.
  • Solid understanding of DSPs, SSPs, ad serving, audience management tools, web analytics, identity solutions, and privacy-first advertising.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify performance trends, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good communication and organizational skills, proactive attitude, and an eagerness to stay updated on the evolving digital media landscape.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Amazon DSP and Yahoo DSP is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Execute and optimize programmatic media campaigns across DSPs (including hands-on execution in DV360), implementing campaign architectures, bid strategies, and optimization techniques.
  • Monitor campaign performance daily, identify trends, and analyze metrics (including supply path optimization and media quality indicators). Generate performance reports and provide actionable insights.
  • Utilize AdTech/MarTech tools for campaign setup, trafficking, tracking, and reporting while assisting in the evaluation of new media solutions and features.
  • Support day-to-day communication with core programmatic vendors and technology partners to ensure smooth campaign operations.
  • Collaborate with agency partners and internal cross-functional teams (creative, analytics, tech) to ensure seamless execution and alignment with overall marketing objectives.
  • Adhere to established governance frameworks, perform meticulous QA checks on campaign setups/tracking, assist with documentation, and support billing reconciliation processes.
  • Contribute to the research, application, and discussion of new and emerging programmatic technologies.
