About The Position

Community Housing Network is committed to strengthening communities by connecting people to housing resources. This role offers the opportunity to play a key part in implementing systems that improve services and outcomes for the people we serve. Community Housing Network seeks a Program Systems Manager to lead implementation and ongoing management of a new CRM and case management system for program operations. This role serves as the primary owner of program systems, partnering with staff and leadership to support implementation, continuous improvement, daily functionality, data processes, reporting, and cross-program coordination.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field required
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in systems, data, program coordination, or related work
  • Experience with CRM or case management systems
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to work across teams and manage multiple priorities
  • Commitment to confidentiality, integrity, and adherence to organizational values.

  • Demonstrate exceptional communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead implementation and ongoing management of program CRM and case management system
  • Gather staff feedback and coordinate system improvements and enhancements
  • Support data integrity, reporting, and system workflows
  • Assist with transition from existing data systems
  • Support program coordination, including dashboards and reporting processes
  • Identify opportunities to streamline and improve program operations
