About The Position

Corvid Technologies is looking for a Program Support Specialist to join our team in Huntsville. This position will join our Range Instrumentation & Engineering group providing a variety of programmatic support to program leadership and customer stakeholders. The ideal candidate for this position will have a strong attention to detail and enjoy pulling together a variety of data to provide timely, accurate reports. This role will often be tasked with research variances or tracking down anomalies in financial reports, inventory and various other date sets that may not align with expected outcomes or known occurrences. In order to be successful in this position, candidate will need to be an effective cross-functional communicator and excel on collaborative, fast-paced teams.

Requirements

• Candidate must be a US Citizen and meet eligibility to obtain (and maintain) a Secret Clearance
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills are required
• Candidate must demonstrate familiarity with MS Office tools

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited University, with a preference for Business Administration or related discipline
• experience working with Google Applications (Sheets, Docs, etc.)
• Experience working in a highly organized, detail-oriented role is preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide inputs to a variety of monthly reports, including the Contract Funds Status Report, Monthly Status Report, and Funds & Man Hour Expenditure Report
• Work closely with program leadership, operations team and corporate finance to collect, track, and report track data and program status
• Prepare, maintain, and review program documents, including reports, presentations, and correspondence, to ensure accurate data and formatting
• Track contract and subcontract modifications and update tracking spreadsheets accordingly
• Create and reconcile shipping arrangements and invoices.
• Keep records of deliverables, auditable transactions, and training relating to program operations
