The Director, Program Support Division provides executive leadership, strategic direction, and comprehensive administrative oversight for all business and program support functions. Operating within a highly regulated federal government contracting environment, the Director is responsible for the administration, compliance, and optimization of core administrative functions: accounting and financial management, federal contract administration, human resources, information technology, multi-faceted logistics (including transportation, vehicle and radio maintenance systems, and supply chains), as well as strategic talent acquisition. This role serves as a key advisor to senior executive leadership, formulating corporate policies, long-range goals, and business strategies designed to maintain operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and profitability. The incumbent must foster a culture of total quality management and continuous improvement while actively promoting Integrated Safety Management (ISM) and strict security awareness across all managed organizational departments.
