About The Position

Thompson is seeking a Program Supervisor to lead a team of Kinship Case Manager Navigators serving relative caregiver families in Hamilton County and surrounding regions. Requirements

  • Valid Driver’s License.
  • Meet credentialing, licensing, and privileging standards as they pertain to the program(s) led.
  • 3+ years of child welfare or human services experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in social work, human services, or related field.
  • A commitment to families that doesn't waver when the work gets hard.
  • The ability to hold high standards and high support at the same time.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of Kinship Case Manager Navigators serving relative caregiver families.
  • Conduct weekly case reviews.
  • Perform monthly file audits.
  • Provide support and guidance to Navigators when they need help with difficult cases.
  • Maintain detailed knowledge of team caseloads.
