About The Position

Thompson is seeking a Program Supervisor to lead a team of Kinship Case Manager Navigators serving relative caregiver families in Hamilton County and surrounding regions. Requirements

Valid Driver’s License.
Meet credentialing, licensing, and privileging standards as they pertain to the program(s) led.
3+ years of child welfare or human services experience.
Bachelor's degree in social work, human services, or related field.
A commitment to families that doesn't waver when the work gets hard.
The ability to hold high standards and high support at the same time.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of Kinship Case Manager Navigators serving relative caregiver families.
Conduct weekly case reviews.
Perform monthly file audits.
Provide support and guidance to Navigators when they need help with difficult cases.
Maintain detailed knowledge of team caseloads.
