About The Position

Program Supervisor – Lead a Team Close to Home | $23.35/hr + On-Demand PaySt. John / Airport Area, St. Louis, MO If you've worked as a DSP, caregiver, CNA, or team lead, you already know how to handle a tough shift, support a coworker, and keep things running. Requirements

• A high school diploma or GED, or 5 years of caregiving experience instead
• Age 18+
• A valid driver's license, vehicle registration, and insurance
• Strong communication and organization skills
• A heart for people and the drive to lead by example

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and support a team of Direct Support Professionals (DSPs)
• Help hire, train, and schedule your team, so you build the crew you want to work with
• Keep the home running smoothly and make sure care quality stays high
• Pitch in when needed with meal prep, medication administration, and personal care
• Help the individuals we support get out and enjoy their community
• Lead by example with compassion, patience, and teamwork
