About The Position

SAGE Counseling is seeking a Full-Time Program Supervisor to oversee clinical staff responsible for conducting assessments and intakes for new clients. This role involves providing orientation, supervision, training, and support to Assessment Clinicians. The position is located in the Greater Phoenix area, with office assignment based on the candidate's location.

Requirements

• Minimum of Master’s Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Education, Social Work, Criminal Justice, or Human Services field.
• Associate level licensed (LAC or LMSW) or Independent Level Licensed (LPC or LCSW) - (licensed by AZ-BBHE).

Nice To Haves

• At least two (2) years’ experience providing behavioral health/mental health services.
• Experience and skills in staff supervision, training, and managerial principles and practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide orientation, oversight, supervision, training, and support to Assessment Clinicians.
• Assist clinical staff conducting assessments and intakes for incoming clients.
