About The Position

Devereux Arizona is hiring a Program Coordinator (Supervisor) to help lead its Residential Treatment Center team in Scottsdale, Arizona. The role provides daily leadership and support to Direct Care Staff and helps ensure residential programming runs smoothly in a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment for youth. The 10-acre campus provides 24-hour residential treatment services to youth ages 7–17 experiencing emotional, behavioral, or substance use challenges, alongside a therapeutic K–12 day school and food, medical, nursing, and therapy services.

The Program Coordinator supervises, coaches, and develops staff; supports employee training and onboarding; interviews candidates and helps evaluate staffing needs; and creates and manages employee schedules. The role also works with youth and families throughout treatment, supports scheduled activities and program expectations, develops activities and interventions, completes required documentation and incident reports, and helps ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.

This is a full-time position with a Sunday–Wednesday schedule from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.; weekends are required. The annual salary range is $51,200–$56,320. New hires must attend paid full-time orientation and complete the stated screening and pre-employment requirements.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Meet one of the following education and related-experience combinations: bachelor's degree and one year of related experience; associate degree and two years of related experience; or high school diploma or GED and four years of related experience.
• At least one year of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Attend full-time new-hire orientation; orientation is paid.
• Complete a drug test within 24 hours of offer and receive negative results.
• Complete a pre-employment physical and Job Demand Assessment.
• Hold a valid Arizona driver's license and pass a 36-month DMV history check.
• Have a current Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card with no restrictions, or be eligible to obtain one with no restrictions.

• One year of Devereux supervisory or leadership experience is preferred for internal staff.

Responsibilities
