The Program Supervisor of Intact Family Services is a critical member of both the region’s child welfare team, as well as the agency’s broader leadership team, working collaboratively within and across programs to ensure a relentless focus on keeping children safe and supporting families. The Intact Family Services program provides families with intensive, trauma-informed case management services using Solution-Based Casework (SBC), an evidence-informed casework model of partnering with families to help them reach their goals. As the Program Supervisor, you will provide reflective supervision to Intact Specialists, and be a vocal advocate for continuous program evaluation and improvement, all with the goal of helping children and families thrive.

Requirements

  • Master’s Degree in Social Work or a closely related field required.
  • At least two years’ social services experience required (child welfare experience highly desirable).
  • Child Welfare Employee License (CWEL), Child Endangerment Risk Assessment Protocol (CERAP), and Child Abuse and Neglect (CANS) certification required, or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire.
  • Ability to attend in-person meetings and events as needed required.
  • Valid driver's license, insurance, and a reliable vehicle required.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and conduct regular staff meetings.
  • Provide individual case consultation and supervision to staff.
  • Provide back up and coverage for team members, as required by program.
  • Responsible for monitoring and implementing the program’s continuous quality improvement process including outcome measures, assessments and funding reports.
  • Develops methods to enhance the quality of services and improve the ability of the programs to identify and address specific individual training and consultation needs.
