Program Supervisor (BCBA)

Cortica is growing and seeking passionate BCBAs to join our team in Warren! We are a unified team of doctors and therapists, specializing in neurodevelopmental disorders. Requirements
- Master’s degree in human services or a related field required
- BCBA (Board-Certified Behavior Analyst) certification required
Nice To Haves
- LBA (Licensed Behavior Analyst) certification preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical and administrative support.
- Offer hybrid flexibility for supervision (when appropriate) & administrative tasks.
- Provide case consultation and guidance as a Clinical Supervisor.
- Collaborate with transdisciplinary partners across specialties.
- Work with Care Coordinators for scheduling and day-to-day logistics.
- Support BT Managers for performance and operational support.
- Work with BT Trainers who lead 3-week orientation and support BCAT testing.
