Program Supervisor 1 provides leadership and operational oversight for an assigned supportive housing program, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, client-centered services that help residents overcome barriers to housing stability and successfully transition from homelessness to permanent housing. In partnership with the Program Manager, the Program Supervisor supports the development, enhancement, and coordination of program services, facility operations, and community partnerships to strengthen outcomes for program participants. This position balances direct program oversight with administrative responsibilities, including supervising and supporting direct service staff, managing staff schedules and shift coverage, overseeing HMIS data quality and compliance, and providing guidance on case management practices. The Program Supervisor fosters a collaborative, trauma-informed environment that promotes resident engagement, staff development, and service excellence. All duties are performed in alignment with Compass Housing Alliance’s mission, values, and philosophy of care. The Shoreline Veterans Program provides permanent supportive housing and comprehensive support services for veterans experiencing homelessness or housing instability in King County. The program offers 25 units of housing in a safe, stable, and welcoming environment designed to promote long-term housing retention and improved quality of life. Through individualized case management, resource coordination, and access to community-based services, residents receive the support needed to achieve greater independence, wellness, and housing stability. Services are delivered by a skilled and compassionate multidisciplinary team committed to honoring veterans’ strengths, fostering resilience, and helping each resident reach their personal goals.
